DDG Academy
DDG ACADEMY
EDUCATE. INSPIRE. BUILD
The DDG Academy aims to provide students and young professionals, no matter their race, gender, religion, age or socio-economic background, with an early-stage experience and education of the real estate and construction industry to give them bigger and more varied aspirations, provide them with opportunities and to increase diversity in the industry. The DDG Academy does this by delivering robust programmes for Work Experience and Training, Skills Building and Coaching, Mentorships, Apprenticeships, Career Pathways and Entry Qualification Support, Guidance and Access with an aim to secure future Scholarship Opportunities.
This youth arm of DDG Network Group establishes a youth support network for the real estate and construction industry whereby the students and young professionals can learn, grow and develop together whilst having the support and guidance of a wider and experienced network of like-minded professionals and companies throughout their education and well into the world of work. The DDG Academy Alumni having gone through our Academy Programme Cycle can then give back to and support their communities and the generation coming behind them with what they have learnt. Creating a never ending, unbroken chain of family-like support in the real estate and construction industry which they can tap into at any time for many years to come.
